This manual explains how to use the Competency Management feature inside the Ezyid Lite app. The feature is designed for mining and construction operations that need to confirm workers hold valid inductions, pre-starts, and refresher training before they carry out inspections or complete checklists on site. This manual covers how to:
  • Create and organise competencies in the Competency Library.
  • Upload and link learning material.
  • Enroll workers on the Competency Register.
  • Gate the Inspection function based on competency.
  • Gate Checklist completion based on competency.
The Competency module exists to ensure that only workers who have been validated against the required codes, competencies, or standards are permitted to perform certain tasks. Applies to:
  • All users with access to the Ezyid Lite Inspection module.
  • All supervisors, safety managers, site managers, and administrators.
  • All mining and construction sites managed through Ezyid Lite.
