What is EZYiD Essentials?
EZYiD Essentials account is the administrator role for an organisation. EZYiD Essentials allows you to manage multiple asset registers, complete compliance inspections, mobilise and demobilise assets to your customer sites, under your asset management function. Available on the web and mobile app, the account can be used as an inspector app offering visibility and transparency in the compliance process, insights and stewardship to help raise safety and quality standards across your customer sites. EZYiD Essentials is required for Asset managers, Site supervisors, Warehouse operators, ERT leaders, Emergency Services TLs helping them track and manage operational readiness. The key features of EZYiD Essentials are:- Quickly create assets or migrate from your excel asset register with unique tag identifiers from our product system;
- Search for your assets by its Serial number, Custom ID or the EZYiD tag EPC identifier;
- Aggregate, transform and filter field data with real-time status (In-Service, Quarantine, Missing, Available and Retired) to deliver business intelligence to administrators, operators and managers;
- Understand your upcoming and overdue inspections;
- Setting your compliance protocol and cycles to alert you of the next inspection date, upcoming and overdue;
- Mobilise and deMobilise assets to sites;
- Custodianship with Checkout and Returns
- Reservations and loans
- Managing your containers via kits and GPS tracking;
- Managing your geofences to alert you of asset breaches and entries;
- Schedule tasks and jobs for any asset or site related activities;
- Bulk update your inspection protocol to suit customer and site requirements;
