The Competency Register is the authoritative list of all workers who meet the respective codes or competency requirements. How to access: RHS menu → Competency Register What you can see:
  • Worker name and photo.
  • Site / crew assignment.
  • Competencies held with issue and expiry dates.
  • Current status: Active, Expiring Soon, Expired, or Pending Approval.
  • Associated certificates and images.
Filtering:
  • Filter by site, competency type, status, expiry window, or worker name.
  • Use the search bar to find a specific worker or competency.
Worker Detail View:
  • Full list of competencies.
  • Evidence attachments.
  • Audit history of assignments and status changes.
