Reservation Pools

A reservation pool is a logical group of equipment available for supervisors and personnel to book or hold for upcoming projects or individual use. Pools can be limited to workspace, sites, projects or shared pools across all sites. Limiting a pool to a workspace allows sharing within departments, teams, crews or industry groups. Current release has a global shared pool for further improvement. Add Asset to Pool
  • Select the “Add Asset” button on the Reservation pool page
  • Scan the assets you want to add to the pool or
  • Select the “Browse assets” button to find category or asset(s)
  • iconSelect the “Add Selected” button to add to the pool.
Removing asset from reservation pool Asset owners can remove assets from the pool.
  • Select the Active switch to change or remove the asset from the shared pool.
When the inactive, the asset is removed from the pool and not available for reservation.
