# How the System Evaluates the Level

When a worker opens a checklist:

1. Ezyid Lite evaluates the worker’s Competency Register.

2. The system compares the worker’s relevant competency against the checklist’s required level.

3. If the worker’s competency **meets** the required level, the checklist is enabled.

4. If the worker’s competency is not met, the worker is blocked from continuing the inspection, when the **Allowed to complete online** is **disabled**.

5. If the completency can be completed online, then the worker can complete the online complency and continue the completion of the checklist.

### 9.4 Example Scenarios

* A **High-Risk Isolation** checklist is set to **Advanced** level. A worker with only **Basic** site induction is blocked.

* A **General Pre-start** checklist is set to **Basic** level. Any worker with an active Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced competency may run it.

* A **Refresher** checklist is set to **Refresher / Renewal**. Only workers with a valid refresher competency may run it.

### 9.5 Best Practices

* Always document your competency level definitions in the Competency Library.

* Review checklist templates when competency levels change.

* Use the Competency Register to quickly identify workers who do not meet the required level before site deployment.

* Keep evidence uploads current so level validation can be audited.
