# Competency Register

The Competency Register is the authoritative list of all workers who meet the respective codes or competency requirements.

**How to access:**

RHS menu → Competency Register

**What you can see:**

* Worker name and photo.

* Site / crew assignment.

* Competencies held with issue and expiry dates.

* Current status: Active, Expiring Soon, Expired, or Pending Approval.

* Associated certificates and images.

**Filtering:**

* Filter by site, competency type, status, expiry window, or worker name.

* Use the search bar to find a specific worker or competency.

**Worker Detail View:**

* Full list of competencies.

* Evidence attachments.

* Audit history of assignments and status changes.
